Learning & Development Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team.  Reporting to the GM People & Culture, we need someone who can help our people achieve their career and personal development goals.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Design, develop and facilitate various L&D initiatives and training programs
  • Review and update new starter induction program
  • Assist Managers to identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths and annual performance reviews
  • Maintaining L&D systems and training records
  • Facilitate & Co-ordinate company Orientation and other relevant training programmes
  • Developing and managing relationships with external consultants and training providers.
