Support Office (based in East Tamaki)

About your new role:

As a Marketing Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all brand collateral, digital and social programmes, PR materials and events. Reporting to the CEO, this is a great opportunity for you to inject real personality into our brands and work for a company that cares about its people and its customers.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • At least 2-5 years marketing experience, with a passion and sound understanding of social & digital media
  • Attention to detail with well-developed written communication skills
  • Organised, energetic and willing to go above and beyond
  • Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Some event experience preferred
  • Experience in Google analytics and social media analytics preferred
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience (Intermediate level)
  • Positive outlook with a real 'can do' attitude

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with creation, management and delivery of content across all social media channels
  • Managing digital strategies and campaigns
  • Assisting and coordination of company events and promotions
  • Ensuring all brand communications and collateral adhere to brand standards
  • Managing internal communications and programmes
  • Maintaining website content and assisting with the Intranet upgrade
  • Supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service
