About your new role:

Our Auckland Branch (based in East Tamaki) is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our Construction Equipment Team; your key responsibility will be to assist in the repair and maintenance of our customer's equipment. Organisational skills are paramount in this role and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in maintenance and servicing of engines, construction and/or forestry equipment and associated components
• Experience with laptop based diagnostic equipment is essential
• Ability to provide technical support to customers
• Self-discipline for managing workload
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail on admin processing
