About your new role:

Our Auckland Branch (based in East Tamaki) is looking for a switched on, capable, multi-tasker who can build relationships with people at all levels to join their fantastic team in the newly created position of Branch Administrator. Our ideal candidate is willing to learn, is quick on the uptake and understands the importance of professionalism when dealing with colleagues and customers.

As Branch Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include providing administration support to the Assistant Branch Manager, maintaining Health and Safety records including meeting minutes and event notification, Service quote preparation and invoicing, unit sale administration.

 What you'll need to succeed:

  • Exceptional office administration skills and high degree of computer literacy
  • Microsoft AX experience preferred
  • Previous experience in an automotive or machinery trade environment is preferable but not essential
  • A strong communicator with the ability to prioritise and reach deadlines
  • Results focussed with a team player can-do attitude
  • A well-planned and organised approach to the role
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
