New Zealand Trucks (NZT) currently operate six truck and trailer repair and maintenance workshops in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, Greymouth and Cromwell. With solid growth plans over the next 18 months, we've got good systems and processes in place, now all we are missing is you!

We are the New Zealand distributors for Hiab Cranes, Zepro Tailifts and Bucher Municipal waste management equipment. Our Support Office is looking for an Accounts Administrator AP/AR.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about leading and motivating people
• Is focused on building relationships and excellent customer service
• Possess strong financial acumen
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Communicates in a professional and courteous manner
• Demonstrate resilience and integrity
• Is a good Health & Safety role model

Your responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Accurately reconcile and process payments from Suppliers and Creditors
• Collate invoices for creditor matching and filing
• Ensure invoice processing queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain debtor's balances and collect overdue debts
• Maintain and update accounting database
• Provide financial and operational advice
• Other administrative duties as required
