AB Equipment Ltd is a market leader in heavy equipment sales, service, and rental. From our network of 16 branches throughout New Zealand, we sell and service some of the worlds most respected brands in our industry including Toyota, BT, Sumitomo, Sakai, Manitou, Tigercat and Vermeer.

Our Branch is looking for a switched on, team player for this key position of Branch Administrator. You will be a capable multi-tasker who can build relationships with people at all levels. Key components of this role are:

• Manage all administrative tasks and functions within the branch with an emphasis on Debtor Control.
• Liaise with the Service Manager on day to day operations of the department.
• Track the movements of units within the Rental Fleet in conjunction with the Rental Manager and ensure all appropriate agreements are established in a timely manner and accurate invoicing is carried out.
• Assisting branch sales team with quotes and orders.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Administrator and be capable of assuming a pivotal role within the Branch Management Team. A dynamic, customer oriented and goal driven individual, you will be able to juggle multiple task and posses strong computer skills.
