Branch Administrator

At AB Equipment we sell and provide customer support for some of the world's most respected Materials Handling and Construction Equipment brands. From our network of 18 branches throughout NZ, AB Equipment leads the way in the sales, service and rental of heavy equipment and machinery.

We currently seek a dynamic and self-motivated Administrator who is customer focussed to join our Hamilton branch team. We require someone who can provide effective and efficient administrative support, while demonstrating professionalism, appropriate initiative, and a well-planned and organised approach to the role.

You will be exceptional at all office administration duties as well as having a high degree of computer literacy. You will have significant previous accounts experience, with an eye for detail and accuracy, and excellent interpersonal communication skills and a can-do attitude. Previous administration experience around the heavy machinery / equipment industries would be advantageous; as well experience with a workshop environment would be helpful. Someone who is a competent multi-tasker who can juggle a lot on their plate, this role is filled with variety, from accounts, sales & service administration, property and fleet management and branch Health and Safety to name a few.

This is a key role within the Hamilton Branch and we will provide a competitive remuneration package comprising of a base salary to the right candidate.
