CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN – PALMERSTON NORTH

At AB Equipment we sell some of the worlds most respected and premium heavy machinery brands including Toyota, BT, Raymond, Doosan, Bobcat, Sumitomo, Sakai, Manitou, Tigercat and Vermeer.

Our Palmerston North Branch is moving to a brand new facility and are looking for additional experienced Construction Equipment Field Service Technicians. Your key responsibility will be to assist in the repair and maintenance of our customer's equipment.  Organisational skills are paramount in this role and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.

Key skills required:

• Familiar with current engine, transmission and hydraulic systems
• A thorough knowledge and understanding of electronic/electrical circuits and systems
• Computer skills, and understanding of diagnostic procedures.
•  Understands standard Microsoft applications.
• Customer service focussed with a team player can-do attitude
• Current driver's license preferably with Wheels and Rollers
