CE Sales Administrator

At AB Equipment we sell and provide customer support for some of the world's most respected Materials Handling and Construction Equipment brands. From our network of 18 branches throughout NZ, AB Equipment leads the way in the sales, service and rental of heavy equipment and machinery. 

We currently seek an experienced, self-motivated and organised Administrator who is able to wear many hats and juggle many responsibilities at the same time, as well as being customer focussed to join our National Construction Equipment team in Manukau.  

You need to be experienced in general sales office duties, with an eye for detail and accuracy, excellent interpersonal communication skills and a can-do attitude.  Someone who is a competent multi-tasker who can juggle a lot on their plate, this role is filled with variety, from, administration support, reporting of figures, and co-ordination of machinery movement for demonstration.

The ideal candidate will be

• A minimum of two years' experience in sales co-ordination or administration roles
• Accuracy and attention to detail, including strong organisational and administrative skills
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a proactive communicator
• Comfortable working in the heavy equipment industry
• Liaising with people from various backgrounds both internally and externally.
