About your new role:
Our Christchurch Branch is looking for an experienced person to support our Team in the day to day running of the field service operation. This integral role involves liaising with clients for Parts & Service together with administrative duties for the department. Organisational skills are paramount in this role and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Preferably have mechanical or parts-based experience
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of local industries served by AB Equipment would be beneficial
- Ability to provide technical support to customers
- Self-discipline for managing workload
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail on admin processing
