The Role:
Our Auckland branch (based in East Tamaki) is looking for a Driver Training Administrator to coordinate all aspects of our Forklift Driver Training department, including booking courses, producing letters and certificates, and liaising with customers. The successful applicant will have the ability to communicate well with people over the phone and in person, be able to multitask, have excellent computer skills and a high level of accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
- Promoting ABE Driver Training programme
- Coordinating Training programme & catering
- Maintaining database
- Administration
About You:
- Customer Service focused
- Strong administration & computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
Ideally you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry, although this is not essential. You're a fast learner and you understand the importance of professionalism when dealing with colleagues and customers. You have a proactive, customer oriented and goal driven focus.
