About your new role:
Due to an internal promotion, our Auckland branch is looking for a Driver Training Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of our Forklift Driver Training department, including booking courses, producing letters and certificates, and liaising with customers. The successful applicant will have the ability to communicate well with people over the phone and in person, be able to multitask, have excellent computer skills and a high level of accuracy.
Your key responsibilities:
- Promoting AB Equipment Driver Training programme
- Coordinating Training programme & catering
- Maintaining database
- Administration
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry
- Customer Service focused
- Strong administration & computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Be a team player
