About your new role:

We are seeking a Fleet Manager (CE Rental) who is driven, motivated and highly customer focused. While you will be based at the Hastings branch, you will be covering Gisborne and Palmerston North too. You must be an excellent communicator at all levels and a strong builder of real long-term relationships. Your customers are your top priority; you can deliver on commitments, exceed expectations, and operate with the utmost integrity.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in Fleet Management would be an advantage
• Ability to promote our business to new clients while maintaining our existing customer base
• Ability to manage cost and meet profit objectives
• Has experience in Rental and leasing of Construction Machinery
• Has customer services experience within the technical or construction industry
• Strong administration & computer skills
