About your new role:

Our Auckland Branch, based in East Tamaki, is looking for an experienced Technician to join our Material Handling Team. Your key responsibility will be to assist in the repair and maintenance of our customers' equipment, with a strong emphasis on auto electrical diagnostics and repairs. We're seeking someone with proven experience in auto electrical systems, ideally within forklifts, heavy machinery, or similar equipment. You'll be confident working with wiring diagrams, fault finding, and electrical component replacement. The hours are 40 hours per week. Organisational skills are paramount in this role and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service. What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven auto electrical experience (ideally with forklifts, heavy machinery, or similar equipment)
• Relevant automotive qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to provide clear and effective technical support to customers
• Strong self-management and ability to organise your workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, including accurate administrative processing
