About the role:
We're looking for a highly capable & experienced person to be GM of Parts and lead the AB Equipment aftermarket parts business. This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity. Our aftermarket team need a motivational leader to ensure we continue to provide first class parts customer service to our branch network and grow the aftermarket external parts area of our business.
Based in Highbrook and reporting to the CEO, you will be an active and key member of the Leadership Team.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Preferably a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Manager or similar management level in construction/equipment/material handling/heavy industry.
- Proven leadership skills, knowledge and experience in an aftermarket role within heavy equipment/construction industry.
- Tertiary qualification preferred.
- Exceptional customer-centric attitude & approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the external parts revenue and GP growth at or above budgeted levels
- Maintain parts inventories within budgeted KPI's
- Provide first class customer service to the branch network
- Expand ABE parts product offering
- Maintain focus on the things we value; our people, our safety and developing our industry.
- Active leadership of workplace health and safety, culture and business systems.
