About this role:

Our Support Office based in East Tamaki is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join us while our current HR Coordinator is on Maternity Leave. We are looking for a team member with a positive and customer-centric approach to collaborate with our amazing team of 8 in supporting the culture and success of our people. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality HR administration to the ELF Group; combining AB Equipment Limited, Speirs Finance and Yoogo Fleet.

Utilise your proven HR skills in this multifaceted role where you will be responsible for assisting our dynamic HR Team with the timely preparation and processing of employment contracts and alterations, general HR and recruitment administration duties, alongside various HR projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in an HR Coordinator role
  • Good understanding of HR processes, policy and employment legislation
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Flexible multi-tasker with strong organisational skills
  • Great personality with a real "can do" attitude & exceptional customer-centric attitude/approach

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Providing HR Administration support to the HR Business Partners & leaders of the organisation
  • Ensuring administration is in line with employment legislation & maintaining accurate employee records
  • Assisting with HR initiatives & coordination of company events
  • Delivering accurate and timely reports
  • Supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service
