About the role:

We're looking for a highly capable & experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our dynamic IT Team. This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity. You will be responsible for ensuring our IT systems are secure, consistent and reliable and helps the business to operate smarter and more efficiently. You'll keep the leadership team up to date on the latest system, operational and digital technologies and support our Branch network to succeed.

Reporting to the GM Finance, you will be an active and key member of the Management Team.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading an IT Operations Team
• A relevant tertiary education in a business or technology related field
• Minimum of 5 years in senior project management and system analysis roles
• Minimum of 10 years+ IT industry experience
• Exceptional customer-centric attitude & approach

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
• Designing and delivering of the company IT roadmap
• Providing relevant system reporting to the Leadership Team
• Providing leadership to IT team members
• Positive development of internal customer satisfaction
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
• Ensuring regular checks are run on network and data security
• Ensure focus is on the things we care about, our people, our safety and our industry
