About your new role:
We're on the lookout for an experienced Leading Hand to join our friendly team, working in the Forestry side of our Tokoroa branch. You will be working alongside the Tokoroa Forestry Equipment team and our wider branch support crew to handle everything from planned and unplanned maintenance to big overhauls, refurb jobs, and getting new and used gear ready to go. You'll also ensure warranty repairs are done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. On top of that, you'll team up with the National Forestry BDM to build and maintain great relationships with our parts and service customers in the region.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in maintenance and servicing of heavy forestry machinery or equivalent transferable skills from a similar industry
- An automotive qualification or suitable experience
- Ability to provide technical support to customers
- Self-discipline for managing workload
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail on admin processing
