About your new role:

We are looking to appoint a highly capable Leading Hand for our Mt Maunganui branch. You will be responsible for the day to day support of our technicians, customers and apprentices.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Familiarity with current MH products
• Good knowledge and understanding of electronic/electrical circuits and hydraulics
• Customer service focused with a team player 'can-do' attitude
• Supervision and motivation of a team of Service Technicians and Apprentices
• Quality control to ensure workmanship is to an excellent standard
• Maintain relationships with external and internal customers
• Drives a high-performance safety culture
