About your new role:
We are looking to appoint a highly capable Leading Hand for our Christchurch branch. You will be responsible for the day to day support of our technicians, customers and apprentices.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Supervision and motivation of a team of Service Technicians and Apprentices
- Familiarity with current MH products
- Good knowledge and understanding of electronic/electrical circuits and hydraulics
- Customer service focused with a team player 'can-do' attitude
- Quality control to ensure workmanship is to an excellent standard
- Maintain relationships with external and internal customers
- Drives a high-performance safety culture
