New Zealand Trucks (NZT) currently operate six truck and trailer repair and maintenance workshops in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, Greymouth and Cromwell. With solid growth plans over the next 18 months, we've got good systems and processes in place, now all we are missing is you!

We are the New Zealand distributors for Hiab Cranes, Zepro Tailifts and Bucher Municipal waste management equipment.

Our Support Office (based in East Tamaki) has a full-time vacancy for an experienced Management Accountant. You will be a key member of the NZT management team, responsible for all aspects of financial reporting of the company including day to day control and feedback to the executive team. You will be a highly organised and experienced finance professional that is able to bring good financial acumen and analytical skills to the role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is CA qualified
• Has a minimum 2 years' experience of leading a finance team
• Has a good knowledge of IAS39.
• Performance driven
• Has excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A team-player
• Is proactive with a "can-do" supportive attitude and positive demeanour

Your responsibilities will be:

• Management Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Profit/Cost Centre Management
• Tax compliance
• Annual Budgets and Management Accounting
• Payroll Management
• Treasury and Insurance
