About your new role:

Our Distribution Centre (based in Highbrook) is looking for a switched on, capable, multi-tasker who can build relationships with people at all levels to join their fantastic team in the position of National Parts Administrator. Reporting to the National Parts Manager, your responsibilities will vary from ensuring accurate and timely processing of inwards freight orders of parts, supplier invoices and data entry.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous freight and inventory experience an advantage
  • The ability to engage with our customers and suppliers
  • IT literacy, especially in respect of Microsoft Excel/Word.
  • A well-planned and organised approach to the role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and
  • Be a team player

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Creating arrival journals, product receipt and freight bills invoicing
  • Researching and implementing improvements to minimise internal cost in relation to international and local transport
  • Researching and implementing procedures to streamline current processes
  • Supporting the team to deliver top notch customer service
  • Other admin duties as required by the National Parts Manager and GM Parts
