We're looking for a driven and proactive National Product Manager - Develon to take the lead in managing, promoting, and growing the Develon product range across our network. Reporting directly to the GM - CE Rental & Sales, this role is a great opportunity to step up and make a real impact.

You'll be responsible for working with both existing and potential customers, driving sales of Develon equipment, and supporting our full suite of aftermarket offerings - including Service, Planned Maintenance, Parts, and Training.

This role also plays a key part in supporting and influencing our CE and FE Branch Sales Teams, ensuring we hit our targets for market share, sales, and profitability. A strong focus on leadership, health and safety, and upholding our service and environmental standards will be essential to your success.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Selling capital goods environment (ideally Construction based - Minimum of 5 years)
• Product Management liaising with international suppliers
• Proven track record solution-based selling
• Key Account management
• Further education such as a tertiary certificate preferable
