About your new role:

We are looking for a focused and passionate National Product Support Specialist to sell and support a number of key product groups. You will have proven experience managing supplier relationships and sales and product management. You're also an excellent communicator in every sense of the word and customers are your top priority. An aptitude for understanding heavy machinery will be a definite advantage, but more importantly you thrive on challenges and is driven to succeed in this highly competitive marketplace.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Managing supplier relationships and sales and product management
• Managing key account relationships
• Managing inventory levels and logistics
• To provide marketing and sales support to branch teams
• Developing training programs for branch teams and customers
• Profitable growth of parts sales

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum 5 years in sales and product management
• Minimum 5 years managing supplier relationships
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience working with heavy machinery (preferred)
• Ability to travel nationwide
