About your new role:
We are on the lookout for a National Product Support Technician – Forestry. You will work closely with manufacturers and use your technical know-how to help sort out any issues with our Forestry Equipment quickly and effectively. You'll handle PSB updates, tackle tricky repairs and attachment installs, and make sure clients are kept in the loop with clear, straightforward communication. You'll also lend a hand with pre-delivery and handover of new machines when needed and provide the right info for processing PAR and warranty claims.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 10 years experience working with heavy forestry machinery
- Experience with training and advising internal staff
- Ability to provide technical support to customers
- Exposure to key suppliers and customers
- Ability to travel Nationwide at minimal notice
