About your new role:
Our Support Office (based in Highbrook) is looking for a switched on effective and efficient operational administrative and HR support to the team nationwide. The includes business units across the EL&F Group of companies, AB Equipment, NZ Trucks and L&F (Yoogoo/Speirs Finance).
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a blue-collar industry
- At least 2 years' experience in previous fast paced administrative environment
- Excellent computer skills (intermediate to advanced level)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Be a team player
- Prefer a diploma/degree in Business Studies
Your responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating and booking travel, accommodation and rental cars
- Coordination of training, Events and Promotions as required
- Assist HR with annual initiatives and projects e.g. 10 Week Challenge, Family Fun Day,
- Charity events (Pink for a Day/Blue for a Day), health checks, etc
- Support relating to procurement across all subsidiaries across EL&F (Z Fuel, APX, OfficeMax, Yoogo, TFS, Prevue, TaxiCharge, VTNZ)
