National Transport Administrator
NATIONAL TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR – National Distribution Centre, Manukau (12 Month Maternity Cover)
Fixed term contract - Maternity cover

At AB Equipment we sell and provide customer support for some of the world's most respected Materials Handling and Construction Equipment brands. From our network of 18 branches throughout NZ, AB Equipment leads the way in the sales, service and rental of heavy equipment and machinery.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Administrator whose core duties and responsibilities will be to;
- Process freight and clearance invoices
- Process supplier invoices through the purchase order system
- Maintain weekly freight schedules
- Organise shipping
- Provide support to the National Parts Administrator
- Assist the Distribution Manager and/or GM Aftermarket
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Previous administration experience
- The ability to engage with our customers and suppliers
- IT literacy, especially in respect of Microsoft Excel/ Word and data analysis software.
- A well-planned and organised approach to the role
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and
- Be a team player
