The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Administrator who can provide effective and efficient operational support to the GM Operations. This is a newly created role and is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in Operations to put their exceptional PA/EA and organisational skills to good use and make a positive impact within the company.

Reporting to the GM Operations, this is a varied role including but not limited to the following duties:  

Key responsibilities:

• Administration support to GM Operations
• Travel reservations
• General correspondence
• Event Coordination
• Vehicle fleet ordering
• Property file maintenance
• Monthly report generation
• Attending & taking minutes at National meetings
• Assisting with annual performance review process

About You: 

• Minimum of 3 years in a PA/Executive Assistant position
• Experience analysing and reporting business performance trends
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and initiative
• A positive "can do" attitude and an approachable, helpful manner
