About your new role:

Our Auckland Branch based in East Tamaki is seeking an experienced, proactive and energetic Parts Administrator to join our team to drive and support this integral area of our business. Key areas of responsibility will include inventory management, administration, sales & profit, and customer service.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Administration role
• Previous experience working in heavy equipment or automotive industry
• Full Driver's License and Forklift License (preferable)
• NCEA Level 1 or equivalent in Mathematics and English
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and reach deadlines
• Eye for detail and accuracy
