About your new role:
Our Hamilton branch is seeking an experienced, proactive and energetic Parts Manager to join their team to continue to drive and support this integral area of the business. You will need to have a customer service mindset plus be willing to shape and lead a team of 2.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A strong understanding of electronic parts catalogues
- Sound computer skills
- Strong sales aptitude and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and reach deadlines
- Knowledgeable with all aspects of parts inventory management
- Ability to build robust relationships with suppliers and customers
- Collaboration – you'll be a team player
You will be in charge of:
- Inventory Management
- Customer Service
- Development and training of the Parts team
- Sales and Profit
