About your new role:
Our Auckland Branch is looking for a Product Support Technician - Electrical to join our team based in East Tamaki and off-site. Your key responsibilities will be to assist the Service Manager, by mentoring and monitoring the MH Service Teams, being the go-to person for diagnostic training and support for electrical faults, assist with I-Site management, carry out planned and unplanned maintenance, refurbishment work, prepare new and used equipment and warranty repairs all whilst delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Qualified Auto Electrician
- Experience in in-depth diagnostics of electrical faults
- Can-do attitude and willing to pass on knowledge to the team
- Driver's licence class 1,
- Driver's licence class 2 (preferably)
- Endorsement for forklifts, wheels, tracks, and rollers (preferably)
