About your new role:
Our CE Rental team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator and Yard Person to provide administrative support for our CE rental fleet. You will be responsible for facilitating the preparation of rental machines, managing de-hires and re-hires, and coordinating repairs in the North Harbour rental operation.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Customer quotations
- Coordinating logistics and transport
- Inventory management for short term rental
- Quality control and maintenance of the short term rental fleet
- Administration
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in rental or fleet management preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong administration & computer skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner
