Our Auckland branch is looking for a Rental Coordinator to provide administrative support for our Short and Long Term Rental Forklift fleet.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Working in a rental or fleet management environment preferred
- Customer Service focused
- Strong administration & computer skills.
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Mechanically minded
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Customer quotations
- Coordinating logistics and transport
- Inventory management for Short Term Rental and used stock
- Quality control and maintenance of the Short Term Rental fleet
- Administration
