Our Support office based in East Tamaki is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Administrator who is customer focussed to join our team.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Exceptional office administration skills and a reasonable degree of computer literacy
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to multi-task
- An eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a can-do attitude
Your responsibilities will be:
- Providing administration support to the Support Office Sales Team and Branch Sales Specialists
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers
- General Data entry
- Monitor shipping information and update records as required
