Are you a passionate, results-driven sales expert with a knack for construction equipment? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Specialist to take the Bay of Plenty area by storm! If you have a mechanical mindset, a proven track record of driving high-performance sales, and a hunger for growth, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What you will do:

• Develop and drive sales through prospecting, cold calls, and relationship development.
• Provide regular reports to management including sales recaps and customer feedback.
• Promote an iconic Kiwi business to new clients and maintain our existing customer base.
• Provide expert advice on construction equipment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract finalisation.

What you bring to the table:

• Understanding of best practice applications of our products to the customer.
• Strong administration & computer skills using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to contact new and existing customers via telephone daily, identifying sales opportunities.
• Be a team player.
• Product market knowledge.
• Drives a high-performance safety culture.
