About your new role:
Our Auckland Branch based in East Tamaki is seeking an experienced, proactive and energetic Service Manager to collaboratively lead our Service team across both the materials handling and construction equipment areas of our business driving operational excellence.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive / heavy equipment industry
- Proven track record in commercial workshop management
- Construction / materials handling / transport / heavy machinery industry experience
- Service technician background (Preferably)
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Staff management and labour efficiency
- Monitoring quality of work and safety standards
- Development and training of service personnel
- Market development
- Budget management and profit targets
- Ensure compliance of Health & Safety polices and all legal requirements are being maintained
