Throughout the country from our network of 18 branches, AB Equipment leads the way in the sales, service and rental of heavy equipment. AB Equipment sell and service the world's most respected and premium brands, including Toyota, BT, Bobcat, Doosan, Sumitomo, Sakai, Manitou, Tigercat and Vermeer.
We are looking to appoint a Service Team Leader within our branch. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Hands-on supervision and motivation of all Service Technicians.
- Hands-on training of all Service Technicians and Apprentices
- Job allocation
- Quality control
- Managing productive hours
- Ensure completion of job cards / time sheets.
- Preparation of Quotations
- Customer Serviced management
Good heavy equipment knowledge and experience is required along with leadership experience and good administration/computer skills.
