We're seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a dynamic and varied role where you'll work both independently in the field and within our modern, well-equipped workshop.

A unique aspect of this position includes ground support equipment maintenance for Air New Zealand, which involves some airside work at Invercargill and Queenstown airports as required.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of machinery and equipment
• Provide timely and high-quality support to customers on-site and in the workshop
• Ensure compliance with safety and airside procedures when working at airport locations
• Maintain clear documentation and service records
• Deliver excellent customer service with a solution-focused attitude

What we're looking for:

• A qualified technician with mechanical or electrical experience (relevant trade certs preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Full drivers licence
• A Police check will be asked for airside purposes
• Preferable endorsements F, W, T, R but not essential
