About your new role:
Our Whangarei Branch is looking for a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our tight knit team and continue to provide our customers with the best service experience possible. This is an integral role in supporting our customers with the repair and maintenance of their construction and forestry equipment. Organisational skills are must, and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Familiar with current construction hydraulic systems, engines and transmissions
- Good knowledge and understanding of electronic and electrical circuits and hydraulics
- Customer service focussed with a team player can-do attitude
- Current full NZ driver's licence
- Attention to detail on admin processing
