About your new role:
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our Material Handling Team based at our Whangarei workshop. You will be assisting in the repair and maintenance of our customer's equipment. Organisational skills are paramount in this role, and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in maintenance and servicing of materials handling equipment or equivalent transferable skills from a similar industry
- An automotive qualification or suitable experience
- Ability to provide technical support to customers
- Self-discipline for managing workload
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail on admin processing
