About your new role:

Come join our fantastic Support Office team in our newly renovated East Tamaki offices in this varied and rewarding Administrator & Travel Co-ordinator role if you are a customer focused, positive team player who can build relationships with people at all levels. This role will suit someone with EA experience efficient in organising and coordinating events and travel for the Senior Leadership Teams.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for providing top notch administrative support, while demonstrating professionalism, and appropriate initiative.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Strong administration experience (min. 3 years in a similar role)
  • Experience with event co-ordination
  • Experience with travel bookings via online travel management company
  • IT literacy e.g. Microsoft Excel/ Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Good at juggling a varied workload
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Be a team player
