WORKSHOP FOREMAN – Tokoroa Branch

Our Tokoroa Branch is looking for a Workshop Foreman to run the Workshop floor and support the Customer Support Manager. You will be a natural leader with a 'can do' attitude and a strong commitment to providing customer service excellence. You will have experience managing technical personnel and maintaining efficient workflows. 

A strong mechanical background, significant experience with all types of equipment, and an eye for detail are essential. You will be leading a team of 4 Service Technicians and 2 Apprentice Service Technician at our Kinleith workshop.

You will also possess strong interpersonal skills and be a proven long-term relationship builder with our customers and with your Service team. Excellent written and verbal communication and a good command of Microsoft packages will be to your advantage.

Your key areas of responsibility:

• Staff management including monitoring and labour efficiency
• Monitoring quality of work and safety standards
• Development and training of service personnel
• Customer Service and Administration
• Service Sales & Market development
• Budget management and profit targets

This is a key role within the Tokoroa Branch and we will provide a competitive remuneration package
