HIAB Foreman

NZ Trucks Ltd is the NZ distributor for the HIAB and Zepro product ranges, and as part of this product support operates a specialist truck mounted crane repair workshop servicing all aspects of new HIAB installations, maintenance and repairs.

NZT is looking to appoint a person to the role of HIAB Foreman with the responsibility for

• Leadership of a team of specialists
• Monitoring quality of work and safety standards
• Development and training of service personnel
• Customer Service and Administration

This role will suit someone who has had some previous experience as a Workshop Foreman or in a senior leadership position, you will be leading a team of 5-6 including Apprentices and it is essential that you have an engineering background and are trade qualified.

You will also possess strong interpersonal skills and be a proven long-term relationship builder with our customers and with your team.  Excellent written and verbal communication and good computer skills will be to your advantage.
